Order Cancellation

A Customer can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any. Cancellation is not allowed once the item packed. To avoid any damage claims after delivery, users are recommended to inspect the product seal before accepting the order.

Online Payment

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Product Price

The cost of the product varies depending on location. The cost of the item will be displayed when choosing a location and making an order.

Shipping & Delivery

We don't offer any shipping or delivery services. According to the location chosen during the order process, the customer must pick up their order.

Return Policy
